It has sadden us all to hear of the passing of Jay Caver, a dear friend and neighbor who grew up on Monte Vista St. in Detroit. The Lord is the light that shines in our hearts, His presence is the comfort that will bring you peace, not even death can depart you from his divine grace and tender mercies. May the Lord give you strength and courage as you celebrate the home-going of your loved one. Praise be to God for the love and life of Johnell Caver Jr.

I am going to miss my brother-in-law on many levels. The world was a better place with Jay in it. I’ll always remember your kindness and humble spirit, love you always, Del Ray, aka (Quincy).
