Essie Mae Hawkins formerly of Philadelphia, Pa. passed away on Monday October 31, 2016 at Lake Wales Medical Center. She was 94.
Preceded in death by her husband Sonny.
Will be missed by a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
