I pray for comfort and peace of everyone’s heart. It has been many years since I’ve seen Lula . I moved from Florida to Michigan, but I always Remember Roosevelt/Connie bringing you all over to play with us on Lee Street. May you sleep in peace cousin. God Bless, Cousin Linda Simmons Harris

To my friend, Linda Thompson, and the rest of the family, I am grieving along with you because it hurted me also to hear of Lula’s death. Family just turn your thoughts to the happy moments that you had with Lula. God will see you through. Gladys Franks Bell Plymouth, FL 32768

Lula you are truly going to be missed, especially at family gatherings. Who is going to remind us to “Hold It In the Road”! You may have been small in size but you were bigger then big when it came to making everybody laugh…We will forever remember your main saying “Drop It Like Its’s HOT”!!! Love your Ethal, aka Pig.

Lula, we can’t believe that you’re gone! Our hearts are so heavy we feel so all alone. Even though we know that God makes no mistakes, Our Minds, Bodies and souls still aches. We will truly miss that beautiful smile that you always had on your face, A smile that no one else could ever, ever replace. Love Always,
