To the family of the late Michael D. Blake. I am just learning of Michael’s transition. I am sadden to hear this news but know that God doesn’t make any mistakes. Michael and I were students together at Savannah State and upon my graduation, I drove to Waynesville and picked up Michael and we moved to Washington, DC. Michael and I were roommates in DC for a number of years and then he moved back to Georgia, of course, I remain here in Washington, DC area. Michael was a great guy and I will miss him.
