As we gather in the spirit of celebration to honor the life of a well-loved member of the Watkins family, our hearts are heavy, but we must accept God’s will and honor him for the beautiful years.
He allowed Mark to remain here on Earth.
God, who is the giver of life, gave this beautiful spirit to Raymond Watkins and Lorraine Matthews on July 21, 1959, in Annapolis, Maryland.
